How to specify Conveyor Roller
Conveyor rollers support the belt along its carrying and return strands. For replacement idler rollers, shell diameter and face length must be checked together with shaft ends, bearing arrangement and frame fit. Rollers that look similar can have different mounting dimensions and duty requirements.

Provide belt width, speed, conveyed load, roller spacing and working environment. For an existing roller, send overall shaft length, shell length, diameter and a drawing of the shaft flats or mounting ends. Dust, water and corrosion exposure help define the required sealing and material options.
